RETAILTUNE OVERHAULS THE MULTIBRAND DRIVE TO STORE ACTIVITIES
"Within RetailTune, we are able to geolocate an user observing a product on the brand's website and can provide them with strategic information based on their position: the nearest point of sale, be it single-brand or multibrand. The latter have recently undergone a multibrand store valorisation initiative. We created a dedicated showcase for each point of sale, called Concierge Page, with the goal of increasing brand reputation through multibrand stores, by focusing on two main tools: the Showcase and the Product Catalog, in order to show the brand's articles available within the multibrand store. This is how we make omnichannel distribution pratical: we integrate both brands and local distribution."
