RetailTune, the Italian company operating in the local digital marketing and Drive-to-Store world, launched a new B2B tool in order to let stores automatically manage their data.


The main goals of RetailTune consist in: assisting customers to go to the right place at the right time regarding to the product or the service they are looking for and offering all the appropriate tools to create a relationship with the final consumer.


At the base of all the Local Digital Marketing activities, there is the management and the distribution of information. This means that points of sale data and the presence of shops on different digital touchpoints need to be always updated, since users check it before going to the store.  

Many researches highlight that 54% of consumers search online before in-store purchase. For this reason, brands must offer to users complete and updated store information.


The healthcare situation of the last year has led companies to draw their attention to those touchpoints used by customers before purchase. We are talking about Google Business Profile, Facebook Location and Store locator: the heart of the Drive-to-Store strategy but too often marginalized. Thanks to these touchpoints it is possible to better manage the shop information (names, addresses, phone number, WhatsApp, opening hours) for the perfect customer journey.
